Bisogna ribadire che si sente la sua mancanza, perché i bambini possono capire che si può sentire la mancanza ma non soffrirne così tanto. Saprà anche che ogni momento della vostra giornata da genitori, anche se siete via, lontani da loro, voi li pensate.

Parlare con loro, ricordare con loro la giornata, è bello; ripercorrere le attività, i giochi fatti durante la giornata, li aiuta a memorizzare i momenti salienti e rassicuranti.
Ricordiamoci che la cosa più importante è dire “ti voglio bene”, a qualunque età, si deve ripetere fino all’ossessione, bisogna far sapere che i genitori lo amano perché è lui il loro bimbo. Che si comporti bene o male, che mangia o no, che dorma o no, che riordina o no, non fa nulla, i suoi genitori lo amano comunque.
Un’altra cosa importante è il bacio della buona notte che ha un valore significativo, è lasciare un messaggio positivo al proprio figlio: scacciare la paura, dire che la notte non fa spavento, è dare un arrivederci al giorno successivo, e sottolineare l’amore che si prova

Importante è dare e non ricevere, cerchiamo di far passare sempre i messaggi positivi ai nostri figli e ricordiamo che per esprimere i propri sentimenti non ci sono solo le parole ma anche i gesti: lo sguardo buono, abbracci, sorrisi, coccole, baci … l’amore dimostrato non basta ami.
